This study talking about reply suspicions of illiteracy of prophets Mohammed [PBUH] a its effects which enemy of Islam method to doubt revelation and prophets mission to deny illiteracy of prophet and evidence against it and interpretation opposite of the Holy Quran then the study to prove illiteracy of prophet Mohammed [PBUH] From proofs of the Holy Quran, sienna and agreement with some guiding and scholars opinions also the study talking about meanings of illiteracy in Arabic language and presented the meaning which described prophet Mohammed [PBUH] He was not reading and writing the Quran as Miracle the found some different in his illiteracy which different from other human being also wisdom was talking about his illiteracy appraise but he was prophet [PBUH] because Allah made him prophet has taken mission to all people the holy Quran revelation from Allah and he caused all things as prophet adjectives [PBUH] he was not revokes .

the study also talking about Statements of arbitration whereas evidence before prophet mission in the end the study mentioned the results and recommendations.
