The research aims to determine the extent of the impact of green strategic practices for human resources as an independent variable with its dimensions (green employment, green training and development, green performance evaluation, green compensation and incentive systems, green labor relations) in enhancing organizational capabilities as a dependent variable, The research included answering the questions related to the problem that stems from the fact of the intellectual interactions of the study variables, And testing the main and sub-hypotheses with regard to the relationship and influence, and adopted the descriptive-analytical approach in its completion, and an intentional sample was chosen from the research community, represented by (47) individuals from (managers, heads of departments, heads of people) in the office of the Ministry of Agriculture, The questionnaire was used as a basic tool to obtain the necessary information, and the data was processed according to the statistical system (SPSS) and its applied content that suits the needs of the research, The course and efforts of the researchers resulted in various results, the most important of which were: confirming the relationship and impact between the research variables and that the green strategic practices of the human resources investigated have a clear role in developing and strengthening organizational capabilities.
