لا يتناسب واقع العلاقات العربية الإفريقية المعاصرة مع عوامل التداخل و التقارب؛ فتبرز مشكلة أسباب ضعف هذه العلاقات، و بالتالي كان الهدف من المقال تبيان أثر العامل الخارجي متمثلا في الاستعمار و تكريسه لعوامل التفرقة و التباعد أثناء مرحلة السيطرة و الهيمنة الأوروبية، و تأثير هذه العوامل لما بعد الاستقلال على علاقات المنطقتين، مستندين إلى عمليات الوصف و التحليل و النقد للمنطلقات و السياسات الاستعمارية بالاعتماد على الدراسات و المراجع الأكاديمية حول الموضوع.
و كان الاستنتاج أن الاستعمار عمل على تشويه ليس فقط التاريخ الإفريقي الخاص و إنما أيضا تشويه التاريخ المشترك من خلال تضخيم و تغذية أكذوبة العربي تاجر الرقيق، و تشويه معالم التقارب التاريخية اللغوية و الدينية و تقسيم إفريقيا بمصطلحات شمال و جنوب و إفريقيا السوداء، مما يغذي النزعة العنصرية، و يدعم الإحساس بالتمايز و بعدم الانتماء لإفريقيا بالنسبة للعرب، و تعزيز الصورة الإدراكية النمطية المشوهة و الخاطئة أيضا لكل طرف عن الطرف الآخر.
و من ثم تبرز الحاجة إلى تصحيح الإدراك بإزالة الشوائب التاريخية الاستعمارية و إعادة كتابة التاريخ العربي الإفريقي بكل موضوعية، و التركيز على تنمية المصالح المشتركة عامة و على تدعيم مصالح الانتماء المشترك للدول العربية و الدول الإفريقية لفضاء جغرافي متميز واحد.
Abstract EN
the reality of contemporary Arab-African relations does not match the factors of convergence, that arises the problem of the weakness of those relations; therefore the goal of the article was to show the impact of the colonialism and it dedicate to the discrimination and divergence factors and the impact they create on those relations based on the processes of description, analysis and criticism of the logics and colonial policies.
that colonialism distorted the common history by amplifying the lie of the Arab slave trader and distorting of historical linguistic and religions convergence features and the division of Africa in terms of north, south and black Africa, which fuels racism and supports a sense of distinction and not belonging for the Arand the reinforcement of the distorted and wrong perceptual stereotyped image of one another.
therefor comes the need to correct the perception by removing the colonial historical impurities and rewriting the history objectively, focusing on the development of the common interests as well as strengthening it for the countries in the same geographical space.
