The story is like playing, a set of sequential events according to a temporal and logical connection, where time permeates the whole novel, and it does not have an independent existence in itself, which can be extracted such as the place and the character, so this narrative component is a structural element that affects the construction of other elements, and accordingly the modern novel has become It is time, as it is its construction that defines its shape, which made novelists pay special attention to its techniques and mechanisms.

This is the form that this study tries to evacuate in the novel “Feminine Labyrinths” (Matahat Onthawiya) by the young Algerian novelist, Riad Outtar, according to those narrative techniques established by the French critic Gérard Gent Which today has become a "narrative theory" theory.
