(First) Language Acquisition was a central question of the generative project and in all its stages, some of its ideas were subject to discussion of those concerned with Seconde Language Acquisition; Some of them rejected these ideas, while others tried to benefit from them on the horizon of developing acquisition researches and understanding the foundations on which it is based.

In this research I address the vision of the second team about the effectiveness of employing generative concepts in second language acquisition represented in the theory of Principles and Parameters and the Minimalist Program.
