The researcher chose the subject of Morning TV Magazines on Private Arab Satellite Channels A Comparative Analytical Study, and the research is a continuation of a previous research on this topic, conducted by the researcher at two official stations, and developed a research plan consisting of the research problem, the importance of the research, its objectives, and the study questions were identified.

Out of the results of the descriptive study it is clear that: - The two programs are broadcasted directly in Arabic.

- (Sabah Al Arabiya) program is broadcasted earlier, from 8-10 a.m., and represents 8.3% of the length of the satellite broadcast per day, while (Good Morning Arab) is broadcasted later, from 11a.m.to 1 p.m.

and it also represents 8.3% of the length of the satellite broadcast per day, except for Friday and Saturday.

The two programs are presented by a male and female presenters, or one of them throughout the program as main presenters, in addition to other presenters who present certain paragraphs.

- There are many fixed items in common between the two programs.

- There are a few fixed programs found in one program unlike the other.

- Because (Sabah Al Arabiya) program is broadcasted from Al Arabia satellite channel, which is mainly a news channel, and because it is broadcasted too early in the morning , it is ordinary for news bulletins to dominate in it, while (Good Morning Arabs) program is almost devoid of any news segment.

- Both programs have a section on interacting with recipients through websites (social media), which takes up a portion of the program's time and has an interactive significance.

- There is interaction and communication with the recipients in both programs, but not directly.

- Direct contact and communication with officials in a very rare way, in the paragraphs of both programs by the presenters.

- The two programs are permanent in all TV courses .

- The two programs use most forms of television templates.

- The two programs have correspondents.

- There is a live broadcast and communication with reporters, and some of them send indirect recorded reports.

The results of the content study are the following: - The percentage of broadcasting of paragraphs of political, economic, sports, weather, news content and others constitutes 23% of the (Sabah Al Arabiya) program, which is a high percentage, which means the program's interest in political and other news because it is broadcasted from a news channel.

While it constitutes 0% in the (Good Morning Arabs) program, which means that it is not interested in all kinds of news.

- The percentage of broadcasting paragraphs with artistic content constitutes 16% of (Good Morning Arabs) program, while it constitutes 14% of (Sabah Al Arabiya) program, which is a good percentage, and reflects the close interest in the technical paragraphs of both programs.

- The percentage of broadcasting paragraphs with cultural content is 6% in (Sabah Al Arabiya) program, while it constitutes 3.5% of the “Good Morning Arabs) program, which is a weak percentage, and reflects the lack of interest in the cultural aspects of both programs, knowing that this percentage is For cultural paragraphs in the field of plastic art or cinema and almost devoid of any literary or critical material.

- The percentage of broadcasting of paragraphs with general scientific content is 11.5% in (Good Morning Arabs) program, while it constitutes 9% of (Sabah Al Arabiya) program, which is a good percentage, and reflects the close interest in the scientific paragraphs of both programs.

- The percentage of broadcasting paragraphs with health and medical content is 15.5% in (Sabah Al Arabiya) program, while it constitutes 9% of (Good Morning Arabs) program, which is a good percentage, and it reflects the interest in the technical paragraphs of both programs, but with the superiority of (Sabah Al Arabia).

- The percentage of variety, social and general paragraphs is 34% in (Good Morning Arabs) program, while it constitutes 25.5% of (Good Morning Arabs) program, which is a good percentage, and reflects the interest in the social paragraphs of both programs, but with the superiority of (Good Morning Arabs).

- The percentage of broadcasting cooking segments is 17% in (Good Morning Arabs) , while it constitutes 0% of (Sabah Al Arabiya) , and it is clear that the itchen segment takes a large amount of time in (Good Morning Arabs) , due to its great attention to housewives, unlike (Sabah Al Arabiya) , which is devoid of this paragraph.

- The percentage of broadcasting paragraphs with interactive content and (Social Media) constitutes 9% of (Good Morning Arabs), while it constitutes 8% of (Sabah Al Arabiya) , which is a good percentage, and reflects the interest in the interactive paragraphs of both programs.

The research also included an evaluation study of presentation and performance, identifying the pros and cons.
