This research aims to study civil society, and to identify its concept as well as the concept associated with it that plays a role in achieving its goals, and this by highlighting its institutions and their most important classifications.

it also seeks to try to present societies as a model for these institutions by identifying them and how to manage them to achieve organizational effectiveness, which is reflected in the achievement of their started objectives in their basic laws.
