من خلال هذه الدراسة، سنحاول معالجة موضوع يعتبر محل اهتمام الباحثين و الخبراء الاقتصاديين لا سيما في الآونة الأخيرة، للبحث عن طرق تشجيع الصادرات خارج المحروقات.
تحاول الجزائر كدولة نامية و مصدرة للنفط تنويع صادراتها و عدم الاعتماد على منتج واحد لتجنب آثار الأزمات الاقتصادية، و بالتالي العمل على ترقية الصادرات غير النفطية بواسطة اعتماد جملة من الآليات، و لعل لإدارة الجمارك دور هام في هذه العملية من خلال تقديم تسهيلات جمركية للمتعاملين الاقتصاديين الذين ينشطون في مجال التصدير.
Abstract EN
Through this study we will try to address a topic that is of interest to researchers and economists, especially in recent times, to search for ways to encourage exports outside of hydrocarbons.
non-oil exports by adopting a number of mechanisms, and perhaps the customs administration has an important role in this process by providing customs facilities for economic dealers who are active in the field of export.
