Abstract EN

In the aftermath the movements that occurred in the Arab region commonly known in the media as the Arab Spring, several countries entered into political crises, some of which developed into civil wars, whose repercussions were faced by oppressed peoples.

These civil wars were characterized by being military insoluble, which led to the attempt to find political negotiating solutions to the crisis, but the failure was the share of all those attempts.

Based on its experience in the national reconciliation that it tried to export , Algeria has tried to enter the political settlement, however, but due to the different nature of crises, it was very difficult to transfer the Algerian experience.

Hence this study came in which we tried to find the nearest part of the path of the Algerian national reconciliation that is suitable for resolving regional crises, and we have chosen the Syrian crisis as an example.
