أردنا في هذا المقال التطرق إلى جانب من السياسة الفرنسية في الفترة الممتدة ما بين سنتي 1936- 1938م و هي و إن بدت قصيرة زمنيا لكنها تحمل الكثير من المعطيات التاريخية و السياسية، فهي تمثل عهدا لبروز تيار الجبهة الشعبية ذو التوجهات الاشتراكية، و مرحلة حساسة من تاريخ فرنسا باعتبارها مركزا للتغيير و بالنسبة للجزائر المستعمرة، فالجزائريون و انطلاقا من واقعهم السيئ بسبب سطوة الاستعمار و نفوذ المستوطنين عكفوا على محاولة إيجاد صيغة حوار مع الحكومة الجديدة، و تبليغ مطالبهم إلى السلطات في باريس عبر ممثليهم في المؤتمر الإسلامي المنعقد بالجزائر سنة 1936م، الذي كان بداية لنشاط سياسي حثيث في مواجهة سياسة فرنسية ذات و جهين.
Abstract EN
In this article, we want to address an aspect of French politics between 1936 and 1938.
Although it seemed to be a short time, but it was carrying a lot of historical and political data.
It represents an era for the emergence of the Popular Front Movement with socialist orientations, and a sensitive stage in the history of France as a center of change as well as for colonial Algeria.
Based on their bad reality because of the power, domination, colonialism and influence of settlers; the Algerians tried to launch a dialogue with the new government and transfer their demands to the authorities in Paris through their representatives at the 1936 Islamic Conference in Algiers.
It was the beginning of a vigorous political activity in the face of French policy with two faces
