يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن واقع الإشراف التربوي و الإداري بالمدرسة الجزائرية، و تحليل صراع الأدوار بين المشرفين التربويين و الإداريين في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي، و أثر هذا الصراع على العملية التعليمية و المنظومة التربوية ككل.
Abstract EN
The current research aims to reveal the reality of educational and administrative supervising in the Algerian school, and analyze the conflict of roles between educational and administrative supervisors in the elementary education stage, and the effect of this conflict on the educational process and the educational system as a whole.
