Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the nature of the circumstances that led to the selection of Emir Abdelkader as the founder of the Algerian state and leader of the resistance and to highlight his role in creating a conscious and educated social structure following the rules of Islamic law.

Within the framework of our study of this subject, we conclude that Emir Abdul Qadir set an example in strength, jihad, patience and defending the truth.

He does not fear God for anyone, and despite the circumstances of war, he was able with his wit and wisdom to influence his society, so he reformed the tribes and called them to tolerance, unity and the need to preserve religion, and for this he gave them lessons in morals and made himself an example for them.
