Strategic ambidexterity is a one of the Intrinsic concepts in the organizations, so the latter works to strengthen it and tries hard to find the right ways to develop it, in this context dynamic capabilities are the best way to achieve this, so this study came to show the extent to which dynamic capabilities contribute to the strategic ambidexterity of some economic institutions in in the wilaya of M'sila, depending case study technique, using the questionnaire as a tool to gather information, so we distributed it to 80 administrative workers, The statistical package for social sciences SPSS was used to Analysis the questionnaire data.

The study found a number of results, the most important of which is: the level of dynamic capabilities of the economic institutions studied is high, and the study also showed that dynamic capabilities have an effective contribution to enhancing strategic ambidexterity, where they were the largest contribution to acquisition capabilities, while the lowest contribution was to integration capabilities
