تتبع البنوك المركزية استراتيجية واضحة بغية الوصول إلى أهدافها النهائية، و تستخدم في ذلك أهدافا أولية و أهدافا وسيطة تتميز باستجابتها السريعة لأدوات السياسة النقدية، و يمكن اختبار تأثيرها على الأهداف النهائية من جهة أخرى.
وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح استراتيجية السياسة النقدية لبنك الجزائر من حيث رسم أهدافه، و اختيار الأدوات المناسبة لبلوغ تلك الأهداف.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: لجوء بنك الجزائر إلى استخدام الأدوات الكمية لسياسته النقدية، فضلا عن استحداثه أدوات غير مباشرة لكبح جماح التضخم
Abstract EN
Central banks follow a clear strategy in order to reach their final goals, and in this they use primary and intermediate goals that are characterized by their rapid response to monetary policy tools, and their impact on the final goals can be tested on the other hand.
, this study aims to clarify the monetary policy strategy of the Bank of Algeria in terms of setting its objectives, and choosing the appropriate tools to achieve those goals.
The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is the Bank of Algeria's resort to using quantitative tools for its monetary policy, as well as the introduction of indirect tools to curb inflation.
