Women's economic empowerment is the increase in available economic opportunities، which leads Saudi women to empower them in many important areas.

Considering that women's economic empowerment is an area that cannot be ignored in development، the focus of this study came to measure Saudi women's attitudes towards working in the private sector، specifically the influencing and constituent factors of those trends، in order to address the factors that have a negative impact in the formation of those trends.

The results of the study showed، during the factorial analysis of the data to identify the obstacles and challenges facing the empowerment of Saudi women working، especially in the private sector، and ways to solve them، to summarize the data of the study in nine factors، which explained (61%) of the correlations between the variables of the study.
