This study aims to caver on the modern technology in the twenty first century which was used recently in different fields and above all food industry.

the latter had straight influence on the consumer health and safety.

it also studies the different engagements obligation the ensure the safety of food production which were made by the technology of NANO during exposition of human consumption.

it will treat this subject from analyzing the content of legal texts which ensure safety and health of the consumer in Algeria legislation.

and prove difficulties of effects coming and from the utility this technology in making the food production.
