تسلط الورقة البحثية الضوء على جريمة التجسس الإلكتروني باعتباره جريمة ماسة بأمن الدولة في التشريع الجزائري و طرحت إشكالية حول وسائل و طرق ارتكاب التجسس الإلكتروني، و تطرقت الدراسة للتجسس بمفهومه التقليدي، و كذا التجسس الواقع باستعمال أنظمة المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات و أنظمة الاتصالات، و تهدف الدراسة إلى الوصول إلى مدى تجريم المشرع الجزائري للتجسس الإلكتروني و التعرف على وسائله و مدى تحديدها، خاصة إذا عرفنا أن التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تطور مستمر.
Abstract EN
This research paper sheds light on the crime of electronic espionage as a serious crime to state security in the Algerian legislation and raises a question about the means and methods of committing electronic espionage.
it also deals with the Algerian electronic espionage and identification of its means and the extent of their identification, especially if we know that modern technology is constantly evolving.
