The need for psychological security is one of the most important psychological needs that Maslo referred to in his theory of needs, putting it in the second order after satisfying physiological needs, but with the exposure of the individual to stress factors, it increases the need for it, especially in wars, and the spread of epidemics, including the crisis of corona (COVID-19 virus), which has become a threat to the safety of the individual and psychological security, but because of the lack of satisfaction of his physiological needs such as food and breathing with difficulty provided under quarantine measures, and the absence of physical safety and health because of the risk and anxiety of this virus.

it leads to difficulty in achieving social needs by satisfying his needs for love, belonging and acceptance.
