this is due to its importance in the advancement of nations and societies.

indeed, a quick look at developed countries in today’s world and even in ancient times proves the value of education.

for this, the present article deals with a renowned Algerian figure who wrote extensively about history, language, religion, and education : sheikh Mohamed Bachir el-Ibrahimi.

in this research paper, his major philosophical and educational contemplations are to be presented by highlighting how he viewed the didactic triangle with its three poles.

we will also delve into his suggestions to preserve Algeria’s history and retain its authenticity from alteration and distortion.

last but not least, this research piece will go through the values that Mohamed Bachir el-Ibrahimi deems essential to be inculcated by teachers on learners in order to improve and reform education as well as society.
