Given the sensitivity of the relation between languages in society, it is absolutely necessary to mitigate this sensitivity from developing into a conflict between the language communities that coexist in one country-Algeria is officially a multilingual country-attention should be paid to the issue of the country's linguistic policy in guiding multilingualism ; this article aims to highlight the importance of adopting a fair language policy that will create a stable linguistic environment, taking into account the linguistic and cultural specificity of each linguistic group.

this article addresses the important role of such a policy in affirming, guiding and refining multilingualism, highlighting the importance of common language in the unification of different linguistic communities, the economic implications of political language choices, and the importance of translation as the primary factor for the import of science and the choice that separates my case : education in foreign languages and learning foreign languages.
