Pragmatics become interesting science at moment, by hiring through employing its mechanisms to study the relationship between the sign and its users, pragmatics was originated in a western environment of philosophical and semiotic linguistic origins, and it’s have become basic theory with a scientific and methodological rule, however, this lesson was not only a product of the western environment enough, but it was known by the early Arabs features and talked about it in their linguistic, rhetorical and religious blogs.

and Imam "Ibn Badis" was interested in the fundamentalist discourse through his collection of hadiths and the verses of rulings based on the discourse element and its use, and this elements position in which these are based, which are principal pillars in the pragmatic lesson, this research aims to tracking the features of the pragmatic lesson of imam "Ibn Badis" through his impact book "Ousul alFiqh Ayat Wa 'Ahadith al'Ahkam from 'Amalii professor Imam Abdul Hamid Bin Badis".
