This study is a theoretical introduction with a critical vision about the reality of scientific research in Algeria, and the various challenges facing its future in terms of the status of research centers, studies, institutes and universities, where Algeria remains among the third world countries that did not attach great importance to the employment and development of scientific research in the face of various challenges., which affected the reality of scientific research and contributed to its failure to use it in the field of development and improvement of social and economic reality.
