Abstract EN

Each civilized system has a universal philosophical vision which gives human a specific character and determines the existence’s purpose and goal, in addition it leads to civilized construction.

thus, if this vision is complicated, neither the availability of resources, tools and material nor the importation of successful political, economic and educational systems will give raise to developed humanity and nation despite the fact that it succeeds in other nations.

as a consequence to this indistinct disturbed vision that is incompatible with the principles of our Islamic nation, many scientific researches has nothing to do with the actual nation which gives useless and unworkable solutions for our environment, generation and needs.

therefore, promoting scientific research in our universities requires two main things: the establishment of a philosophy which consists with the fundamentals and the values of our nation developed out of correct principles and clear objectives by returning back and researching in the major purposes, principles, concepts and values to which we belong according to an universal vision of our civilization; review the scientific methods applied in our universities using programs that corresponds to our features and overall vision of life.
