Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to identify the role of electronic management requirements in raising the quality of performance, on this basis a (non-probability) sample was taken from the employees of Algeria telecom in Annaba region, (36 individuals) from the study population, and it is valid for analysis from the statistical side.

one of the most important results of the study: there is a statistically significant effect of human requirements on the quality of performance in the enterprise under study from the point of view of the study sample members at the level of morale (α ≤ 0.05).
