تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن واقع الثقة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالتغيير التنظيمي بمحطة معالجة وتحويل المياه الصالحة للشرب من سدتلسديت بولاية البويرة في ظل دراسة وصفية اعتمدت على منهج دراسة الحالة والاستبان لجمع البيانات موزعا على 70 عامل وموظف، وخلصت نتائجها إلى أن الثقة التنظيمية في بيئة البحث محصورة في المستوى القيادي ما سهل كسب ثقة الأفراد في ما يخص مسائل التغيير علما أنهم يطالبون بمشاركتهم في رسم خطط التغيير وليس فقط تنفيذها.
Abstract EN
This study aims to analyze the reality of organizational trust and its relationship with the organizational change in the mineral water treatment and diversion station of tilesdit dam in el-Bouirain light of a descriptive study using a questioner to collect data distributed over 70 respondents.
the study concluded that the organizational trust in tiseldit station is confined on the leadership level which allows and facilitates to win the confidence of the workers in addition they request their participating in making the change plans not just by implementing them.
