The study aims to know the relationship of organizational communication to the decision-making process of sports bodies, where the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample of 16 members of the general assembly and 25 employees of the Olympic sports committee.

the researchers relied on two questionnaires, one of which is directed to employees and now to members of the assembly, the results of this study have resulted in: so that the effectiveness of communications between employees depends on the availability of information in an accurate and larger size, in order to make decisions that will take the authority to the wheel of development and development, and sports bodies must keep pace with all modern and advanced technologies that are characterized by accuracy, quality and modernity that its use leads to effective decision-making.
