Books of Nawazil (books which contain juristic issues) have great importance in historical writing.

among these books is the Arabized source of al-Wansharisi (D.

914 AH / 1508 AD), which is considered an encyclopedia that included various fields.

however, historians or researchers in the field of history find difficulties when coming across the historical references, in the folds of the above Arabized source, that reveal the nature of life during that period.

to make the historical information that was taken out of its juristic context valid for historical approval and use, historians and researchers have only to overcome these obstacles and challenges.
