This study aims to clarify the important and effective role that Prince Chakib Arslan played in combating French colonialism in the Maghreb during the 1930s and 1940s, especially in the Khleifia region in northern Morocco, which was then under Spanish protection, where the visit he paid to Tangiers and Tetouan in Ott (1930) played a role in directing the protest movement against the barbarian dahir and linking the relationship between the men of the Moroccan national movement and the Emir, considering that he would later be an inspiration and guide for Moroccan patriots in the caliphate, especially after the establishment of the Spanish Republic in (1931)
