The Sultan's Letter or the Makhzan's Letter in general is unique in its special text structure that reflects the Moroccan-Islamic peculiarity, and the kingdom's legacy that extends twelve centuries back, In spite of the succession of a number of countries to rule the country, the general textual structure of the Makhzan's letter has remained almost the same, although there was a slight change with time due to the desire of some great sultans who were unique to manifestations of greatness and majesty.

Among the most prominent of what was included in the Makhzan's correspondence were the presence of two Speeches, one is direct and the second, indirect.

In this study, we will identify the textual structure of the sultan's diplomatic Letter during the early twentieth century, highlighting at the same time some forms of symbolic authority among its lines.
