The risks faced by doctors in Algerian hospitalsThis preliminary study seeks to identify the risks faced by doctors in Algerian hospitals, and their relationship to their individual characteristics.

That is by applying a questionnaire prepared specifically for this study on a sample of doctors in Mustafa Basha Hospital in the capital, estimated to be 69 doctors, of whom 42 are female, with a percentage of 60.

In addition, after verifying his sincerity by presenting it to a group of arbitrators and calculating his psychometric properties of honesty and consistency.

This study considered several variables, such as gender, marital status, and seniority.

The study found important issues related to the cases studied in relation to the conditions experienced by the Algerian doctor in hospitals, including the organizational and administrative dimension, the psychosocial state, the physical state, the preventive and safety status.

As well as this study reached results that confirm that there are deep problems related to all dimensions of the community component of hospitals, as the doctor clashes with his reality while he is still a student, and also when joining him, and this disappointing and aspirations, which gives their emotions a bit of disappointment.

The study tried to address these problems in depth, physiologically and psychologically, while highlighting the views that explain them, their causes, symptoms and methods of treatment.
