Abstract EN

In this study, the researcher dealt with the evolution of the Maliki jurisprudencial (fiqh) texts view towards the Ibadi groups in Maghreb, and the resulting jurisprudential rulings and religious fatwas condemning the followers of this doctrine in most cases.

The study attempts not only to track the political conditions surrounding these fatwas but also to detect the extent towhich Maliki doctrine's jurists are familiar with their opponents' doctrine's details.

Aamong the results the researcher reached is the presence of doctrinal clamping supported politically and often unjustified, especially as some of them confirm a lack of understanding the secrets of the other's believes, jurisprudence and political theories, the fact that led to the emergence of unfair and improper fatwas.
