Abstract EN

The Glorious Qur'an addresses people of the previous Devine religions using the most elegant clauses, most beautiful words.

It describes them in thirty-one sites as (people of the Scripture).

Such an address includes clear respect .

In spite of the aforementioned, some of them who ignore the facts claim that the Law of Islam adopts violence and harsh way to deal with the non-Muslim .

This is why the researcher has decided to tackle these relations and to reject the media weapons,So my features on the way to research were questions that were as follows : - How does Islam look at Man? - Did it set a Constitution to regulate the Muslim- NonMuslim relation ? - What are the practical applications of peaceful coexistence in Islam ? Section I discusses Islam view to Man who is honored by Islam and preferred by it to other creatures according to certain criteria, Section II discusses the Constitution of Muslim- NonMuslim relation .

Section III mentions some practical applications of peaceful coexistence in Islam ,If the researcher is willing to take a stand for all things, then the approach taken by the analytical descriptive .The research plan included an introduction, apreface and three demands, followed by aconclusion .

The Islam is the only religion which establishes the pillars of peaceful coexistence and forgiveness in dealing the Non-Muslim, Islam on the other hand, recognizes their worship freedom
