Management is the key element in the success or failure of any private or public institution.

Nevertheless, the owners of the institutions have to introduce changes on a permanent and continuous basis in order to ensure survival and excellence, especially the introduction of information technology known as electronic management.

Therefore, this study aims at highlighting the need for institutions to adopt the idea of electronic management and apply it effectively on the ground, for it is inevitable in the midst of the changes taking place at the present time at various levels.

E-management ensures that organizations - and institutions - are able to achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiary.
