Abstract EN

This study is concerned with the presentation of the ways of pedagogical communication procedure in the domain of teaching and reading according to modern reception and reading theories principles which made of learner the centre of the learning process through new teaching techniques that take into consideration both methods of acquisition and performance during the learning process.

The reading theories divided these procedures into two parts: a part concerned with the learner (receiver) and the second the teacher (deliverer) and between them other relations subject to other mechanisms and frames and these procedures are made on cognitive bases related to human senses like perception and understanding, optic vision, hearing and listening and so..on.

And they are governed by scientific and technical skills integrating mechanisms generating others during the educative communication.
