يتناول المقال بالدراسة و التحليل تاريخ معهد ابن باديس قي قسنطينة الذي أنشأته جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين كتتويج لتخرج أولى دفعاتها الطلابية عبر ربوع الوطن، إذ تكلمت في العنصر الأول عن تاريخ التأسيس و الذي كان سنة 1947، ثم تكلمت بالتفصيل عن إدارة المعهد و القانون الداخلي العام الذي يسير شؤون الطلبة، إضافة إلى البرامج و المقررات المبرمجة بالتفصيل والتوقيت الزمني الأسبوعي و السنوي للطلبة و الأساتذة معا، كما أدرجت عنصرا مهما للحديث عن البعثات الطلابية التي كان يرسلها المعهد إلى جامعات المشرق الإسلامي و هو الهدف الأول لإنشاء هذا المعهد بغرض تكوين إطارت مهمة للجزائر فيما بعد، ثم استرسلت في التكلم عن السنوات الدراسية العشر للمعهد من تأسيسه حتى غلقه من طرف الإدارة الاستعمارية و أخيرا وصلت إلى خاتمة بينت فيها الدور التاريخي لهذا المعهد.
Abstract EN
The article is a study analysis about Ibn Badis Institue in Constantine.
It was founded by the Algerian Muslims Ulemas Assossiation as a reward to its firs,The Article mentioned that the institute was created in 1947 and stated details about how the Adiministration was ruled as Well as the internal code that guided students affaires Additionaly, it talked about the syllabus and curricula scheduled but also the weekly and yearly planning for both teatchers and students.
It integrated an important subject about the promotion of the students sent to persue their studies in Middle EAST Islamic Universities The main objective of the institute was to form important competencies for Algeria later.
The article illustrated a chronological study of the scollar years of the institute from its closure by the coloniale administration.
Fianally, It highlighted the historicale role of this institute.
