in the light of Michel Meyer's Theory of Problematology According to Michel Meyer, argumentation, within the threshold of the dialogue between philosophy and linguistics, calls for a new reading that occurs on two axes: the explicit and implicit axis and the question-answer one.

Argumentation should not be confined to persuasion; but it has to go beyond the logical dimension to the level of questioning function within a scope in which the manifestation of the implicature, affected by particular linguistic devices, can be projected argumentatively.

The addresser formulates a virtual idea which reveals his/her attitude and stimulates a question by which they raise a proposition, whereas the addressee, as an opponent, has to decipher what is implicitly embedded in that question and produce another parallel discourse.

Therefore, the situation in which the discourse took place will be exposed to argumentation.

Thus, the implicit-explicit relationship will appear through the discourse.

This research paper aims to unveil the argumentative questioning system based on its principles: the virtual principle and the formal difference principle in an argumentative question-answer duality within the jurisprudential tradition.
