The educational system in Algeria has gone through two major stages: the first represented traditional education, which was a critical criticism of psychologists and education, and the second was the modern education station embodied in the pedagogical approaches, education with Targets and the model of education with competencies.

It is the basis of the pedagogy of education with Target, aiming to answer the following problem: What are the reasons for the differing opinions of the learners about setting levels of Target in terms of number and title?
