Abstract EN

The objective of this research paper is to address the basic concepts of contracting and the main factors contributing to its development and success, as well as to highlight the different mechanisms for financing contracting, namely the support bodies of the National Agency for Support of Youth Employment: ANSEJ, National Unemployment Insurance Fund ANGEM, SME Loan Guarantee Fund CNAC.

It’s developed by the Algerian State for economic and social development.

Given the fact that Algeria, like the rest of the world, enjoys the attention of the State, it has still not reached out to its counterparts in the rest of the world, even developing countries, as our neighbours, Tounes and Morocco, have achieved a qualitative breakthrough in this area, owing to a number of difficulties and problems affecting the sector, primarily the problem of financing.
