This study aims to assess the reality of the quality of work life using cluster analysis in the industrial company of Skikda somik, based on the descriptive analytical approach questionnaire, was distributed to a random sample of workers, amounting to 40 workers, as was done using the spss program to do cluster analysis.

This study showed that the third cluster, which includes 7 cases, had the highest percentage by applying cluster analysis using the averages method, This requires the company, it is necessary to use cluster analysis to classify cases into homogeneous and convergent clusters in each cluster, and the quality of work life must also be improved.
