The present study aimed to identify the level of psychological hardiness of a sample of the public health sector workers at the hospital, Hmida Ben Adjila, and to find out the differences between workers according to the variables of sex, age, and rank in the light of COVID-19 pandemic, and the descriptive analytical approach that was used and to achieve the objectives of this study, the psychological toughness scale of Bashir Maamria was applied to a sample of 40.

the study showed the following results: a high level of psychological hardness among the sample members, and there are no statistically significant differences in psychological hardness attributed to the variable of sex and age, while there are statistically significant differences in psychological hardness attributed to rank.
