Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of life quality and the level of the university professor psychological pressure.

It also aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the two variables, and the extent of differences in the quality of life and psychological pressures according to some variables, as we relied on a sample of (100 professors).

We have also applied the quality-of-life scale and the psychological pressure scale on them, and the results are: The university professor quality of life at the University of Mouloud Mamari in Tizi Ouzou Medium.

The level of the university professor psychological pressure at MouloudMamari University in Tizi Ouzou is high.

There is an inverse correlation with statistical significance between the quality of life and psychological pressure of the university professor at Mouloud Mammeri University in Tizi Ouzou.

There are statistically significant differences between university professors in the quality of life that encapsulate the marital status variable in favor of singles.

There are statistically significant differences between psychological pressures of the university professors that encapsulate the marital status variable in favor of married couples.
