Abstract EN

The present study focused studying the relationship between psychological stress and motivation for achievement among a sample of women working in the university hospital center in the states of TiziOuzou where the study sample consisted of 200 workers.

were used the psychological and after the statical analysis of the study stress questionnaire and motivation for achievement questionnaire results using the statical system (SPSS 0.8).

the results of the study concluded that there is a weak relationship between psychological stress and motivation for achievement.

also, there are statistically significant differences between the sample members about psychological pressure according to the factors of age, marital status.
