The Corona pandemic has imposed some working conditions under which the doctors have never worked before, so online medical consultations have become the rule and the exception is those that take place in offices, which has forced several states to adopt online health care system.

therefore, research on the issue of the telemedecine responsibility under those conditions of work is one of the emerging topics that raise many legal problems.

most states have tried to find legal systems that govern online health care, and to search for solutions that regulate the responsibility of the telemedecine.

this study aims to search for the legal framework regulating this work in national and comparative legislation, which makes us wonder how the legislation deals with telemedicine in light of the laws issued in the time of Corona?
