Abstract EN

The interaction of the organization with its external environment and with the behavior of its employees and their feelings, trends, motives and values stems from the culture of the community which leads to the creation of an organizational culture, it sourced from the community.

this local culture represented in popular celebrations of weddings, visits and pilgrimage seasons, which is characterized by continuity, constancy and it is an obligatory to revive of it amid a set of different customs, traditions and practices, which bequeathed to workers the interest in and devote to these celebrations.

it contributes to moving and distorting the behavior of workers.

this study aimed, to try to highlight the individual's expression of cohesion, cooperation and belonging to the community through the worker's resort to adopting a set of negative behaviors within the work environment represented in absenteeism and dropout from work, as well as the delay and the impact of the culture of the local community on the values and ethics of the profession of the worker.

the study concluded that the worker has a great interest in local folk celebrations, in addition to deducing that popular celebrations have a great role in motivating the behavior of individuals within the work environment.
