Abstract EN

This study aims to introduce work and one of the youth employment programs, which the state grants to young graduates of universities, national institutes and vocational training across the country.

the two concepts are to know whether the actual job performance of this group of young people who benefit from the professional integration program is compatible with the requirements of their jobs and what is decided by the law of this program, or if they bear more than their capacity and what this program requires of them, and on this basis we relied in this study on the descriptive approach analytical description of the study variables.

after dismantling the studied variables, we concluded that workers for professional integration perform their duties to the fullest, and bear a greater burden than what is required of them, in addition to the fact that most of them do not match their certificates with the nature of their work.
