The article seeks to define the theoretical proposal formulated by al-Said Boutadjin in his critical writings, which is represented in the criticism of narrative, which is an epistemological obsession based on controls such as : the relationship of narrative with criticism, reading the narrative from a semiotic perspective and the possible narrative approach.

this formulation is based on imagination, the illusion of reference, artistic taste, and creative reading.
