The study seeks to deal with the non-linguistic signs in the mosque’s oratory art.

these signs perfor supplementary function that contributes to the sermon’s clarity on the one hand and offers it significances that language itself seems to elide.

hence, the present research aspires to shed light on the set of capacities that enables the orator to benefit from manifold sciences with a special focus on these signs that are usually connected with the sermon’s subject and the orator’s purpose.

in a sense, the signs may distinguish one orator from another one inasmuch as he is aware of them.
