This paper aimsto show the importance of grammar in the process of language-based communication.These rules are the organic network that controls the phonemic system, the morphological system, as well as the grammatical system of a language.As far as vocabulary is concerned, it refers to words having meanings that make up the lexical level.Learning any language does not depend on memorizing lexical entries;rather, it depends mainly on learning its language systemwhich is governed by the social norm.The rules are what create a balance between the letters of a single word whereasgrammar is what creates complementarity between the various linguistic structures.The grammar rules does give a language its linguistic properties and social functions.Vocabulary, on the other hand, gives language meanings and connotations
