One of the most important fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed by laws and constitutions to all individual equally, is the right to travel and move, except when this right isspecifically prohibited, and the Algerian legislator has not violated this principle and the basis of the freedom of movement and movement of individual, whether inside and outside the national territory in the texts and articles of it slaws, and this is what the mostarablegislations have gone intotheirown constitutions and laws, but this right canberestricted in case it conflicts with some of the rights which are more power fulthan it and which leads to its abolition in some cases and restriction in some of them, for example, the movement of the incubator with the child, which is subject to special provisions which limit the freedom of movement and circulate there inrandomly, since the main determinant of the p the possibility of displacement and displacement of the child within and outside the national territory is the best interests of the child, and this is what we will clarufy in this research paper.
