Recognizing legal security as the most important standards of the state of law that are devoted to the protection of human rights at all levels, especially the rights of the child.

Children are the future.

This achieves stability of relations between individuals in all economic, social, political and intellectual fields.

The broad principle of legal security and its close connection with the modern state of law, the Algerian legislator responded in the last constitutional amendment of 2020 to the demand to raise the principle of legal security to the ranks of constitutional principles.

The constitution guarantees the separation of powers and the balance between them, the independence of justice and legal protection, the oversight of the work of public authorities and the guarantee of legal and democratic security.
